Welcome to Arsy Accessories. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before using our services.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or update items at any time without prior notice.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are shown on our website and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Pricing errors
- Payment authorization issues
- Suspected fraud
- Inventory discrepancies
In the event your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping
We ship all orders from Armenia using Haypost National Postal Operator and international courier partners when applicable.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Israel, and the USA.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and postal service. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or external factors beyond our control.
Arsy Accessories is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment processing.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns
You may return items within 10 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- It is in original condition and packaging
- All tags and accessories are intact
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order jewelry
- Personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost return packages without delivery confirmation.
7. Repairs & Warranty
We offer repairs or replacements for manufacturing-related defects within 2 months of purchase.
Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, chemical exposure, drops, or misuse is not considered a defect.
Repair eligibility is determined by Arsy Accessories after inspection.
8. Jewelry Care Disclaimer
Jewelry is delicate by nature and requires care.
We are not responsible for damage due to:
- Water exposure
- Perfumes or chemicals
- Physical impact
- Improper storage
Customers are advised to remove jewelry before activities that may cause damage.
9. Limitation of Liability
Arsy Accessories is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from the use of our products or website.
Products are sold “as is” except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the processing of your personal data for order fulfillment and customer service.
Your data may be shared only with service providers (such as payment processors or shipping services) strictly for fulfilling your order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Any disputes shall be resolved through Armenian courts.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page, and continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.
