Shipping
All orders are shipped from Armenia via Haypost National Postal Operator and international courier partners when applicable.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Israel, and the USA.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and postal service. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or factors beyond our control.
Arsy Accessories is not responsible for shipping delays after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
Returns
You may return items within 10 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and unworn

It is in original condition and packaging

All tags and accessories are intact
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

Custom or made-to-order jewelry

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
